Eric Bakhch-Pour is a swiss composer / singer-songwriter who lives in Geneva.

Born in 1980, Eric studied classical music and piano at the Geneva Conservatory of Music with pianist Luis Ascot.
He started composing at the age of 13. His first works, "The Illusions Of Light" were written for the piano in 1993.

He grew up listening to a lot of film scores by artists like Danny Elfman, Christopher Young, John Ottman, Bernard Herrmann, James Newton-Howard, James Horner and John Williams. Film music being his passion, he started composing themes and scores for short and full length films (« Arthur », « Nosferatu », « Au Large de Bad Ragaz », « Burning Filament », « Don’t Forget The Dog », « Le Duc Sans Cœur », « Au nom du père, du fils et du Saint Mépris », « Poste-it »,  « Marc », « Wake », and many more).

After working as a songwriter or pianist with artists like Ulysse Larre, SimonGad, Onésia Rithner and Valérie Deniz, Eric started writing and performing his own songs, being a mix between cinematic music and his jazz or pop influences from the 40's, 80's and 90's.

In 2009, Eric wrote and performed a concert with his own pianistic arrangements of Danny Elfman's film music, with a special introduction by director Richard Elfman. He also played in Hollywood, at the Egyptian Theater, before a screening of the cult movie "The Forbidden Zone" in july 2009.

He keeps writing film scores, songs, piano or orchestral compositions, and he regularly performs concerts and recitals of his pianistic works & songs, as well as his own arrangements of famous film music.

In 2015 he composed a full score for a video game called "Grumpy Granny", and he started a new project called "REVERSIDE" with producer Slade Templeton and recorded an EP of 5 retrowave / pop songs, reminiscent of the 80's, with a cinematic touch.
